Terms of use

Last updated: this version of Movli.

Using Movli

Movli helps you plan and record a move into a home you're renting or buying. You may use it for your own moves, personal or business. Don't use it to break the law, harass anyone, scrape the service, or resell it as your own product.

Your account

Keep your login details to yourself and give us accurate information. You're responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or the people on it.

Your content

Your notes, photos, checklists and reports remain yours. You grant us permission to store and process them so the service can work — generating reports, share links and AI descriptions you request. Don't upload content you don't have the right to use.

Estimates are estimates

Mortgage affordability, land transfer tax, closing costs, moving quotes and budget figures are planning estimates based on the numbers you enter and publicly available rates. They are not an offer of credit, a quote, or legal, tax or tenancy advice. Confirm anything financially or legally significant with a qualified professional before you act on it.

Inspections and deposits

Inspection reports and condition records are your own documentation. Movli does not inspect properties, certify condition, or represent you in a dispute with a landlord, builder or seller.

Service providers

Listed providers are independent businesses, not Movli employees or agents. Some pay for priority placement. We don't guarantee their work, pricing or availability — check licensing, insurance and references yourself, and any contract you sign is between you and them.

Vendor listings

If you list a business, you confirm you're authorised to represent it and that your details, licensing claims and imagery are accurate. We may edit, decline or remove listings, and we may verify your email before publishing.

Availability and liability

Movli is provided as-is. We work to keep it available and accurate but can't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on an estimate.

Changes

We may update these terms as Movli grows. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
